At PackLite Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Airbag Lite backpack. Our Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return your purchase, along with our 2-year warranty terms. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may return your Airbag Lite backpack within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition of the Product: The backpack and its accessories must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and components intact. Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Return Process: Contact our customer support team at support@packlitegear.com to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PackLite Gear is not liable for lost or undelivered returns.
  • Non-Refundable Items: If the backpack or its accessories are damaged, used, or not in their original condition, no refund will be issued.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 days. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

2. 2-Year Warranty

PackLite Gear offers a 2-year limited warranty on the Airbag Lite backpack, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty begins on the date of delivery.

  • What’s Covered: Repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects, such as faulty zippers, stitching, or materials, at our discretion.
  • What’s Not Covered:
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care (e.g., overloading, exposure to extreme conditions).
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading or minor scratches.
  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by PackLite Gear.
  • Damage to accessories or components not part of the backpack itself.
  • Warranty Process: Contact us at support@packlitegear.com with your order details and a description of the issue. You may need to provide photos or return the product for inspection. If approved, we will repair or replace the backpack at no cost to you, including shipping. If the issue is not covered, we will notify you and return the product at your expense.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective under the warranty:

  • Products marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, return the original product following the 30-day return policy and place a new order on our Site.

5. International Returns

For customers in the EU, Canada, or other regions outside the US:

  • Returns must comply with the same 30-day policy and condition requirements.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Ensure compliance with local regulations when shipping returns.
  • Warranty claims follow the same process, but shipping times may vary based on your location.
